I like running very much.I would run when I feel depress and under pressure before.Running can help me to release my pressure

and make me have positive attitude.Running become part of daily life now.I run twice a week whether I am sad or not. The running

competition of Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon hold every year. I join this competition since 2010. My best time is less

than 4 hours to finish 42 kilometers race in last year. The target that I want to achieve less than 3 hours to finish the

marathon race.

I enjoy playing football very much.The first time I playing football was at primary 3.When I tried this sport at that that time,

I love it and non-stop playing football until now.I enjoy cooperating with teammates and build up team spirits. That is exciting.

When our team put many efforts in the training,and we win the match.The feeling of satisfication is very great.Now, I play football

once a week and joined amateur league of football match.I enjoy evey match whether win or lose.
